Bookings are made with the practice, which is responsible for your care. A deposit is part of the price of your visit and is deducted from your bill; ask the practice about its cancellation and refund policy.

For practices

You are responsible for the accuracy of your services, prices and opening hours, for obtaining patients' consent before adding them to WhatsApp messages, and for the staff accounts you create.
